You'll begin by understanding your own nutrition,
before looking at the science that underlies the subject.
Naturally, you'll cover all the nutrients, including
carbohydrates, proteins and vitamins, with the overall aim
of gaining a thorough knowledge of healthy eating and how
to put it into practice.

Assessment
This course includes a number of assessments that you
complete as part of your coursework. You must also
complete a personal project and a final multiple choice
