Course Overview
This course will give you valuable training in more specialist areas of
ticketing, for example highly complex fares and arranging multi-sector
journeys. At the end of this course you will sit the Level II exam, which
can qualify for recognition by City & Guilds.
Pre-requisites
You can take this course as soon as you have passed the Level I exam.

Assessment
After working through the course materials you will sit an open-book
examination, which means you can take notes and course materials in with
you. Exams are held in March, July and November.
