Course Overview
After taking this course, you’ll be comfortable with industry
terminology, procedures and fare types, and able to complete tickets to
IATA (International Air Transport Association) standard. At the
end of this course you will sit the Level I exam, which can
qualify for recognition by City & Guilds.
Pre-requisites
The great news is that you don't need any previous experience to take
this course.

Assessment
After working through the course materials you will sit an open-book
examination, which means you can take notes and course materials in with
you. Exams are held in March, July and November.
