The Diploma in Guest Services provides an opportunity for students of Hospitality and Catering to study a wide range of skills relevant to the industry. Students elect ANY FOUR certificate porogrammes from the list below to build a tailored study programme relevant to their chosen line or work or interest No prior knowledge is required.

12. Front of House (Administration)
13. Kitchen (Hygiene) Skills
14. Kitchen (Stores) Skills
15. Catering (Cook/Chill) Services

DURATION
Students may study over any timescale of up to one year. To complete the course will take in the region of 200-240 hours of study.

ASSESSMENT
This course is assessed through a series of tutor marked assignments. No attendance at an exams centre is required.

ACCREDITATION

The course is accredited at level 2 by ASET, a leading awarding body recognised by the UK Qualifications and Curriculum Authority.

SUPPORT
